Keep the work visible. Keep it moving.
I prefer a simple operating rhythm: capture what needs attention, clarify priority and ownership, execute the work, then close with a clear status update, documented next step, or completed handoff.
Capture
Tasks, requests, deadlines, files, and open questions are logged so important work does not rely on memory.
Prioritize
Urgency, due dates, dependencies, and required approvals are made clear before work starts.
Execute
The task is completed with the needed research, communication, documentation, or coordination.
Close
Status, completion notes, deliverable links, follow-ups, and any remaining decisions are documented clearly before the task is closed or handed off.
How the work comes together.
The portfolio includes a selection of spreadsheets, workflow trackers, documents, reconstructed work samples, creative projects, and original concept work. They are included to give a practical sense of how I organize and approach different types of support.

Flexible ways to work together.
Scope, turnaround, and capacity are agreed before work begins so expectations stay clear on both sides.
For flexible, changing workloads and ongoing support that does not require a fixed monthly package.
For ongoing administrative and business support within an agreed monthly scope and reserved capacity.
Payment option: 2 × $250 per month.
For clearly defined research, documentation, creative, operational, or one-time projects. Scope and fee are agreed before work begins.
Retainers reserve capacity — not unlimited work. Additional or out-of-scope work is quoted separately.
Tools & platforms.
I use different platforms for different parts of the work — organizing information, communicating with clients and teams, tracking customer activity, managing tasks, and preparing documents or creative materials. I can work within an existing setup where practical, so a client does not have to change systems just to work with me.
Administration & documentation
For email and calendar work, documents, spreadsheets, presentations, shared files, records, reporting, and day-to-day administrative support.
Customer support & CRM
For documenting customer interactions, maintaining records, tracking cases or tickets, following up on issues, and keeping customer-support activity organized.
Task management & communication
For receiving assignments, tracking priorities and deadlines, sharing updates, coordinating handoffs, messaging, and joining client or team meetings.
Creative & content support
For presentations, social and visual content, image editing, light branding support, short-form video editing, and other supporting creative materials.
Disclaimer: Tools and platforms may vary depending on each client or customer's existing systems, preferences, and workflow requirements. The tools listed above reflect platforms I am already comfortable working with and are not intended to limit the systems I can use.
Reviews
A note from someone who has seen how I approach the work: with follow-through, care, and the willingness to correct what needs correcting.
“Rochelle is always focused on delivering the best to you and will always go above and beyond just to make you happy with what you're receiving. She is such a great worker and if something is wrong she will do whatever she can to right it. Couldn't ask for anything more!”
Have something you need off your plate?
Tell me what you're managing, where things are getting stuck, and what kind of support would make the work easier to keep moving.
